not soundproof! wasnt able to sleep well all night because you can hear the noise from the other room. non smoking rooms smells cigarettes!

They gave us suite room which was quite nice and big.

This property always nice because i stayed here so many time its always amazing nd the staff also so polite nd friendly ☺️

This is all like I have experienced everything whatever we wanted that was in front of us and from the customer service to everything it was top-notch so I don’t have any kind of negative feedback but still today also I’m going to be there

rooms are good tvs are a bit tooo old and came watch it due to bad networking food is comparatively over priced else all good good service

Hospitality and room service are excellent and the room is neat and clean and reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

Life saver specially when you are late night booking, they are very open to accept late night booking and a warmth welcome that will make you feel safe and secure and cozy.

Front desk Ahmad Mahmoud is the worst . if this gut will continue to have direct relationship with guests, the hotel will loose a lot of customers hotel is not recommended

We will not return to this hotel. The front desk staff, particularly Ahmad Mahmoud, provided worst & unacceptable service. While I usually don't write reviews due to my busy travel schedule, this experience was exceptionally negative. A simple request for an extra key resulted in a 30-minute ordeal of unnecessary inquiries and excuses, culminating in a call to security and a threat of eviction. As business travelers who rented two rooms for a week and three days, we found this treatment wholly inappropriate and strongly advise against staying here.. & strongly not recommended.

Food I didn’t take but the gesture and atmosphere was so good they greet us and also gave us proper hospitality.

Rooms and service is great. Just missing dental kits and slippers, which had to call and they deliver right away

Very disappointed this time room was not good, this is not first we came back to stay, we were coming back every month, weekly, reception never welcome. We ordered food from room service, food never come with ingredients mentioned in the menu, always something missing, no taste, salad served with less sauce, we turned back to remake and took too much time, we called follow up, but room service staff very rude to ask the guest what you need, unprofessional our room next to housekeeping room, all the time alam came up, washroom pipe broken, water leaking full in washroom, housekeeping came to clean only washroom and still asked do i need to clean the room also? so, for what they need to ask, they should know what supposed to do.

Location is good for mall of emirates, lulu and carrefour hyper. Breakfast-limited range but excellent taste room -good size toilet - large mattress - firm, spring clean-very plug points - many, but uae style no indian plugs could not charge mobile or laptop reception- pleasing reservation team - very helpful
