Terrible Stay

Highly disappointed with my stay. The reception staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and quite rude. Guest service was extremely poor — I requested a hand towel for the washroom, but was told they only provide bath towels, which wouldn’t be replaced until the next day’s cleaning. The sauna and steam room were not operational, the gym was closed, and the swimming pool timings were very inconvenient. Even the breakfast was below average. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience — Very Disappointed

I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience during my recent stay at this hotel (booked through MakeMyTrip). At check-in, the staff behaved very unprofessionally. A staff member named Sam, along with a senior bald man (wearing glasses) and a lady named Rania, started whispering and laughing in Arabic and English while looking at us. I overheard them mention something about a bad smell, which made me very uncomfortable. Rama then wrote the number 720 on a notepad and told us they would “upgrade” us to room 720 and asked for a good review. Later, I realized this was not an upgrade at all — the room had a bad smell, just as they had been talking about. What made things worse was that someone entered our room without permission around 8:30 PM while we were sleeping. I saw a man in a black suit, but he ran away when I woke up. I tried calling the front desk several times — no one answered for a long time. When they finally did, they casually said it was a colleague who “entered by mistake.” That’s completely unacceptable! Later, another staff member (in a blue uniform) came to apologize, but he wasn’t the same person who entered the room. When I asked for an explanation, he said something shocking — “This room had a bad smell, so I just came to check.” This means the hotel knowingly gave us a room they were aware had issues and then entered it without permission. The entire experience was unsafe, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking this property. It’s not just about bad service — it’s about safety and integrity.

The hotel service / room service was ok but the breakfast was terrible. The same menu they repeated for 7 days for soups, breads and fruits. Being a 4 star hotel, we expected the menu should be changed every day. It is not worth a 4 star hotel.

This was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, and the staff unfriendliness made it worse. - Bedd was creaking. - Drilling sound in tbe walls all night. - Water in the bathroom was weak. - Towels were unclean (gray stains almost like dust) - There was a strange smell from the AC that got me dizzy, faint, and sick all night. - They didn't have both water cups. - Refused to accommodate for missed breakfast with an extremely poor attitude from both reception and room service. - We agreed on a late checkout, yet they kept disturbing us every 15 minutes with a call or knock till the time came so that we leave earlier.
