had a great time, location is excellent ,good value for money very much walkable distance to metro station

I've stayed at many hotels, but Majestic Retreat is one of the best. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

It was really amazing stay. It was perfect for parents because of the wide variety of breakfast spread. Rooms were very clean and setup everyday The same hotel building has alot of restaurants, super market just right outside the hotel makes it very convenient stay. It also has pub and spa. Gym was also quite decent Pool was also clean Hotel reception and all staff are very helpful Recommend for your stay in Dubai. I found the cost to value for services provided by the hotel... I am very happy and definitely recommended Especially if you are Indian and have parents travelling with you

Majestic City Retreat Bur Dubai is a basic hotel, old built hotel located in a good/central location. Most of the activities are nearby for the first time travellers but it's not a good hotel. Our room was stinking and when we complained about it, the plumber came and said no issues, but it was still stinking. As a result, one room freshener was sent to our room rather than changing the room. When asked, room change was denied. So poor management by members at the reception. But a good location is the only plus point.

Location is good, ambience not good, passages are very narrow, should not be termed as a four star, should be a two star hotel

great experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice, clean and fully comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was very good,had plenty of vegetarian options. The menu was not repetitive. The rooms were cery clean with all basic amenities. The room service,staff,chefs everyone was very cordial and helpful. The location is in Bur Dubai and it is well connected to all other major places such as Abu dhabi, airport,burj khalifa,meena bazar. All in all, highly recommended!

Over all good hotel and amenities,but I m not satisfied with room service facilities i had call them many times for water bottle but they took almost 2 hrs ,so I m giving 2 star for this hotel
