Area & location is perfect rooms are comfortable , service is good , everything well connected with metro which is very near , area is full of eating place , so nice will suggest good to stay Make my trip offers good deals with nice location. Inderjeet singh

one of the worst experiences in my life, The staff are very rude, we had an issue with AC they never attended, we vacated the hotel in between and the hotel is not clean. please think twice before booking this hotel.

All good and staff are very cooperative and you can find everything nearby in 500mtr like metro, food and shopping mall.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Dubai. The best part is its excellent location — very close to restaurants, the metro, bus stand, and a grocery store, which made everything super convenient. Great option for both short and long stays.

It was fine we called for someone to fix ac 3 times they didnt come could have been better they will charge 100 aed deposit and start making issues if you damage although you don’t do snything

They charge pe 50 aed unfortunately drop a blood in bedsheets so they don’t understand and behave bad to me

They only provide two 500ml bottles per room. Fully centralized AC we can't control it. Sometimes the room gets over cooled, sometimes not. 24 hr Hot water in bathroom. They clean the room everyday and replace the bath towels.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it ideal for rest. The only issue was the water—mostly hot, with cool water rarely available. I hope this can be improved for future guests. Overall, it's a nice place with good hospitality, and I would still recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Very poor customer service, they deducted my money even for little stain in the bedsheet.their attitude and response is very bad . reapnding rudely to me ..

The hotel overall was good—clean facilities, decent service—but unfortunately, the room assignment ruined our stay. I had booked a king-size bed, but we were given two single beds instead, which made it uncomfortable and pointless for a couple. It really affected our experience, and if I could’ve cancelled last minute and gotten a refund, I would have. Apart from this, no major complaints.

I really loved the place, it was very clean and the receptionist were very happy and welcoming and when it comes to the location, it well located its near the metro only 1 minute walk ALL IN ALL THE PLACE IS VERY NICE

I stayed at Royal Falcon Hotel, Dubai during my Dubai trip. A few points I want to mention: 1. The hotel is located near Salah-Al-din metro(Just 1min walk). I took the metro from Dubai airport and went there very easily. 2. ⁠The check-in process was smooth. Just you need to know you have to submit your original passport or document for scanning. No digital copy. 3. ⁠You have to pay 10 AED per night per room as UAE tax and another 100 AED for safe-deposit which you will get back at the time of check-out. 4. ⁠You can visit tourist attractions very easily through metro. And most of the tour operators will directly pick you up from your hotel. 5. ⁠The hotel has basic amenities as mentioned in the website. 6. ⁠They allow food delivery, but you have to pick the food from reception. 7. ⁠overall my experience was excellent.

*Experience:* Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were dirty and unclean, with dust everywhere. Unfortunately, I developed an infection due to the unhygienic conditions and was bedridden with fever for 2 days. *Specific Issues:* 1. Dirty rooms with dust accumulation 2. Holes in the ceiling 3.
