Poor Stay

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before, but during my recent stay. I was very disappointed as I was given an unusually small room, and when I politely asked the receptionist if I could switch to a larger one, he responded arrogantly and claimed that all rooms are the same size—which I know from past experience is not true. Also the air conditioner was not working, and it took four calls and over three hours for the issue to finally be resolved. This experience was very frustrating.

Good Stay

Clean rooms and a convenient location made for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. The pub's music was a bit loud at times disturbing our sleep, but the overall experience was good value for the price.

So first of all the ac was not working and it was very hot weather and i couldn’t even connect with the team out there in the hotel. It was very poor service. Also, when i went for the breakfast, there was very minimalist options for eating and it was not actually to the top if you are taking a good amount as a hotel fee and services that you provide our very minimal. It’s very poor. Also, the washroom was not at all that clean. The hygiene was a question over the hotel managementso that was my overall view dissatisfied.

Terrible Stay

Food location facilities were fine but we were given a room without even a window. And i missed my meeting in the morning due to over darkness inside the room. And i requested for the too floor room and i got the ground floor room with the unwanted noice from the party hall. 0 rating won’t go to that place nor book that property every again due to this. Stay and food was awesome otherwise

Not worth the money

We booked two rooms for one day and requested an extra bed The amenities were disappointing: no toiletries, a non-functional kettle, and no hair dryer. The room was also smaller than expected. On the plus side, there was ample parking in the basement. Overall, this experience did not justify the expense.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. I felt itchy on the first day, which made me question the cleanliness of the bed. It was obvious that the bed linens were not cleaned properly. The fridge in my room was not working.
