Rooms are not properly maintained. Bathroom fitting are broken two times Electrical sockets not working Water bottle not provided daily

denied check in . worst experience. not recommended. rude staff . they clearly denied to give room and asked to speak with booking . I waited for almost two hours at reception.

1. The room did not look like the picture shown in Google. 2. Wifi is not working. 3. cockroaches are found in the room and washroom. 4. No kettle available in the room. 5. Dental kit not provided. it's the first time I have seen the hotel without providing a dental kit. 6. washroom tiles are slippery. Mat also not available at washroom. 7. AC is not working fine and it's making noise. That AC might be elder than me. 8. This hotel look like a Number one cheap hotel. if you ask me to give rating I can give less than 0 if permits. worst experience with this Panorama hotel in such a world class city Dubai.

Self & wife stayed in panorama hotel bur dubai from 3. 2. 25 to 13. 2. 25. The courteous behaviour of reception staff, security & house keeping staff is commendable. Dedicated house keeping staff meticulously ensured cleanliness in the room. In brief service is excellent in all respects they didn't give even a single opportunity to make any complaint. The hotel is centrally located. Metro station, bus stop, restaurant, all essential shops etc all very nearby. We thank all the staff for a memorable & enjoyable stay at panorama hotel bur dubai. Worst hotel floor rooms everything stink like hell

Panorama hotel is a really good hotel for tourists and nearest metro station bus stand and minabajar and nearest abra gold shop so got tourists more comfortable and price also very good

They are not providing drinking water, the towel and other toiletries are very bad. No kettle and tea facilities in the room. I don't suggest to stay any one this property.

Very horrible. Not even providing water bottles. They asked me to pay for water bottles.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were neat and clean. They also clean the room everyday. The in-house food was also good. It was close to sharad dg metro station, easily walkable. There was also a pure veg indian restaurant “swadmahal” nearby where one can get great food at very reasonable rates. There was also supermarket nearby and “haldiram” in next building opening soon. The hotel people were quite cooperative and kind.

Very dirty place, cocroches are everywhere. Not giving free drinking water. Also charging 25 aed for cleaning charges force fully.

Everything good compared to new peninsula hotel

Don’t know whether mm t is cheating or pan-aroma is cheating with customers for not showing hidden cost of 50 aed per day additionally charged at the time of check in. Nobody would prefer this hotel if you show actual rent on booking screen of mmt. When you are cheated purposely then nothing can be compromised over it.

It’s a basic hotel with minimum facilities, no value for money. More like a lodge. Above that they have mandatory cleaning charges 😂

Centrally located. Good staff. Good spa. Limited but healthy br3akfat good non veg restaurant and bar.
