Location is good and service also they have good staff they understand. but take little much time

when I was enter the room checked in was done smoothly after when I was request for extra water bottle and bathrobe I was received late after that he hk person was came with water bottle directly he told me give me empty water bottle we allow only one water bottle to the room that's time I was socket 😲 what he is telling like this after that check out fo person cut my 50 Dhiram without any reason that's is not good I give 1/10 because they don't know how to deal the guest I don't want to come in the hotel 🏨

10/10 experience. Great rooms, with very polite staff. Especially Ashwin, Saif and Ravinder. Will definitely visit again.

The services ambiance and hotel staff everything was upto the mark i mean i will appreciate the cleanliness of hotel and friendly staff and totally hygenic food loved the hotel and highly recomendable

Everything is good but the deposit they are taking it’s not a good because 200 aed they are holding for a week i don’t think so it’s a good thing

I've been in a lot of hotels in dubai, but i've never received such genuine hospitality anyplace else. Instead, i've only ever experienced it in al khoory hotels. Kushani was especially kind and professional at the front desk. Throughout my entire stay, she always greeted me with a curtsy call and helped me with my extensions. I also like to thank the gentlemen. Ashwin was a professional who never left a visitor at the reception waiting, regardless of how busy he was. Many thanks to everyone. The department staff is outstanding. Thank you in particular to the front office manager and the management for creating such a fantastic team in the hospitality business! i highly recommend for anyone and i will recommend al khoory hotel for all of family and friends.

I'm overjoyed and glad that i chose to stay in the al khoory courtyard, it's like a second home to me. Even the managers are truly cordial and helpful. The front desk staff member april was quite helpful and was able to get me into my room as quickly as possible when i arrived a little earlier than intended for check-in. Thanks to bellman manu, who was incredibly helpful. He is aware of guests' needs and provides assistance immediately.

The property is gorgeous, and the rooms are kept in excellent condition. Rating of five stars for cleanliness. All employees, from the front desk to housekeeping, offer excellent customer service. Every time you encounter a staff member, they greet you with a smile they are quite helpful. Special thanks go out to the front desk staff for providing a professional, courteous service, and appreciation is extended to the management team and Mr. Tayyeb Khoory for their efforts in making a successful hospitality service team & a stunning Hotel.
