I’m dissatisfied with their service.

I wasn’t warned about the security deposit policy until I was checking in to the hotel. Now 7 whole days have passed since they claimed to have refunded the money to my account. The tv stopped working and they didn’t have it fixed even though I had complained. They don’t have a microwave in the room. The menu items are way overpriced and don’t even match what they deliver.

I had a very comfortable stay at grayton during my visit to dubai for arab health 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the metro and offering plenty of great indian dining options nearby. Housekeeping was always prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, they provided us with a changing room upon arrival since our room wasn’t ready, which was highly appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and i would definitely choose grayton again if i have the opportunity.

Grays-on has good rooms, they are big in size. However, the breakfast spread didn’t have many options, and even a handful snack items for pure veg (indians. They should certainly provide a good buffet menu for breakfast.

hotel is in a good location, room is also decent. However the restaurant manager was rude, would not let us fill drinking water in our bottle during breakfast buffet. also on the last day, before check out since we were leaving early he made a fuss about packing breakfast, though we asked just 1 portion for the 3 of us. apart from this manager rest was all good. The food at Bukhara was fabulous and the chef and staff there were excellent.

I had a very comfortable stay at grayton during my visit to dubai for arab health 2025. The Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai’s location is convenient, being close to the metro and offering plenty of great indian dining options nearby. Housekeeping was always prompt and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, they provided us with a changing room upon arrival since our room wasn’t ready, which was highly appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and i would definitely choose grayton again if i have the opportunity.

A no-nonsense business grade Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and clean washrooms. The staff come across as not-so-friendly in the first instant but are actually very professional and helpful. Recommend

Grays-on has good rooms, they are big in size. However, the breakfast spread didn’t have many options, and even a handful snack items for pure veg (indians. They should certainly provide a good buffet menu for breakfast.
