I recently stayed for one night at Signature Al Barsha, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the Mall of the Emirates and public transportation, making it easy to explore Dubai. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff front office supervisor NABI were warm and welcoming. My room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom was clean, with a great shower and plenty of toiletries. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee. In terms of facilities, the hotel offered a nice rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. The fitness center was well-maintained, too. Although I didn't dine in the hotel, there are several good restaurants nearby. Overall, my stay was brief but enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning for a longer visit. The combination of comfort, convenience, and friendly service made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was wonderful! a must visit place. Its close to all the markets and eateries. Shout-out to muhammad for making the check out process really smooth.

I have very bad experience on first night as i can't sleep till 4am because of loud music sound from a club in hotel.

the treatment was good the location is excellent, thanks for the hospitality. sorry for the delay it was a very nice stay but the disco sound and songs were annoying😊.

Room was amazing and room decor was up to standards only one thing i want to highlighted regarding shower blinds which is manual operated from outside which was not good in terms of privacy. Moreover staff are very polite specially hk staff are very professional and polite. Adding on - front office representative also very professional when he is dealing with guest.

the tawels are very old, cuts from sides and dirty .also, parking on the basement is very dirty and broken cements everywhere. and the new india guy and girl at the reception are less experienced when talking to customers and very slow on work.

Food- i ordered fried chicken but it’s not that good. It’s coated with flour not again, facilities- telephone not working. I will never come back

Facilities are very nice however wished that the pool is heated.

We booked the room for 3 guests. Check in time was 3 pm. We reached there at 5. 30 pm. I already contacted them before reaching the hotel. At the hotel the receptionist ask me to wait for some time for arranging the extra bed. After 15 mins we got the room ready. In the room there was no door for bathroom. We informed them. Their reply was "there is no doors for bathroom. All rooms are typical. Even-though there are signs of hinges screwed to the wall, they are simply saying that this type of rooms having no bath door. We asked them to show other rooms to see bathroom doors available or not. They opened 2 rooms and bathroom doors are available. Even they don't know in their hotel bathroom doors are available or not. (nb: all rooms don't have bathroom lock. Please learn to sing songs while bathing if anyone other than you available in you room.

Reached at the property, the receptionist found the booking and was going ahead with the check in process, and suddenly the next moment he tells us that the booking is been canceled from their sales team. Had a very bad experience since travel-ling all the way to this hotel was not easy. Also when asked if we could check in offline directly by making another fresh booking. The receptionist came up with another excuse saying that there was no room availability. We didn’t stay at the hotel. There was no check in done at this place. Inf-act the booking was canceled
