I stayed at Citymax Hotel Business Bay from Aug 11 – Aug 14, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. The room service was prompt and efficient, with great attention to detail, ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of. The restaurants and bars at the property are excellent – offering a wide variety of food and beverages, all with top-notch quality and vibrant ambience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. Whether it was for relaxation or work, it provided the perfect balance. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every front. I would highly recommend Citymax Hotel Business Bay to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

It was good near to Dubai attractions like Burj Khalifa , But room size is small , service can be better , far away from metro station .

It could have been better

Hotel is in the city center and close to main points. I have stayed several times in this hotel. However my last stay was unsatisfactory . The bed and my clothes in the closet were making me itchy and last day I realized there are big bedbug in my room. I know this hotel is a busy one but each day after cleaning I needed to remind housekeeping for missing towels, water etc. Sometimes towels were stained. Maybe changing the detergent for washing towels might be helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. Cleaning was OK. Pillow cases and sometimes towels were not that clean and they were stained. Although they promised me to give not interconnected room, they made me stay interconnected room.

Super clean modern hotel with very friendly staff who are always happy to help. The rooftop has a beautiful relaxing area with a decent size pool and a bar for refreshments. Downstairs there’s a couple of restaurants and a coffee bar for light snacks and drinks. Check in/check out made very simple & easy. I’d stay there again.
