Mixed Experience: Great Breakfast, not so good Service

I booked a room for my sister’s birthday and had requested a birthday setup multiple times in advance (which is usually complimentary). Unfortunately, no one ever responded to my requests. A simple acknowledgment or even a polite refusal would’ve been better than being completely ignored — it made us feel overlooked as guests. We also had to call three times just to get a missing towel and dental kit. The staff came across as indifferent and unwelcoming. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good and the chef was very kind and attentive. The poolside area was also lovely and well-maintained. Overall, while certain aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the lack of responsiveness and hospitality from the staff was disappointing.

The room was filled with smell of cigarettes, it was hotel apartment the utensils where not cleaned properly! the kettle was not cleaned properly! there was no slippers or bathroom mat ! but the service was good ! theh resposnded to almost my requests at the earliest

Poor house keeping from movn pick.

First time i experienced very bad from move and pick 1- only one towel in bathroom 2- No shower gel ( empty bottle) in bathtub 3- No glass for drinking 4- Only one box tissue in room 5- No water no slipper 6- No pillows no dental kit Actually i checked in evening but i go out and came back late. I went to reception and informed everything to same girl ( from neppal)who was arranged room as i want renew for next day so please arrange every thing but some other girl came to room to collect aed 20 i requested and explained everything what not given the other day but after 02 hours i call her buy she forgot - Any way this was very bad experience from move and pick.

I would like to thank the reception staff for all the assistance that they gave to us, kris, & aseef was very attentive to our request. Saad from housekeeping is also very hardwoking. Rasik and shehan also was very accommodating to us during our stay also. All the staff was very kind and have good behaviors. I really love enjoying our stay.
