Absolutely filthy carpets even when i upgraded to the club suite, and when i bought in a guest i was locked out of the room without any communication, among the most pathetic customer service i have witnessed in any hotel worldwide, you dont lock anyone out of the room without communicating, you dont disable the key card and if you do you tleast inform your guest.

A great stay

The property is situated near the airport (5 mins) and a very good location. Their free shuttle service is very good. Ggico metro is 5 mins walk through the hotel premises. Facilities at the hotel are very good and the staff very courteous. The rooms are big, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and sleep quality exceptional. They have 7 restaurants. I had dinner at boggles on three nights. Liked the place a lot. It is a british pub with drought beer and good food with live singing. Strongly recommended. Amenities and services at the hotel were very good.

Perfect and luxurious stay

We were transiting via dubai and our layover was approximately 12 hrs. This hotel is located close to ggico station that is 2 stops from airport via the subway which is the best part. The checkin experience was smooth, hotel was luxurious and the rooms are very spacious. Also the complimentary airport transfer in every 20 mins is a much peace of mind.

First i would like to thank mr. Abdul aziz for his help in checkin. The hotel is very good overall. The furniture is not new but it's in very good condition. Swimming pool is nice with different depth levels for adults and children. And it will be great in the autumn and spring periods because summer is hot. The restaurant is nice and has a variety of food friendly staff cleanliness is very good

A great stay

The property is situated near the airport (5 mins) and a very good location. Their free shuttle service is very good. Ggico metro is 5 mins walk through the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai premises. Facilities at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai are very good and the staff very courteous. The rooms are big, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and sleep quality exceptional. They have 7 restaurants. I had dinner at boggles on three nights. Liked the place a lot. It is a british pub with drought beer and good food with live singing. Strongly recommended. Amenities and services at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai were very good.

First i would like to thank mr. Abdul aziz for his help in checkin. The Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai is very good overall. The furniture is not new but it's in very good condition. Swimming pool is nice with different depth levels for adults and children. And it will be great in the autumn and spring periods because summer is hot. The restaurant is nice and has a variety of food friendly staff cleanliness is very good

We were transiting via dubai and our layover was approximately 12 hrs. This Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai is located close to ggico station that is 2 stops from airport via the subway which is the best part. The checkin experience was smooth, Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai was luxurious and the rooms are very spacious. Also the complimentary airport transfer in every 20 mins is a much peace of mind.

Stayed there for staycation with my family including two kids and had a good time. The only concern was the lifeguards at the pool were too strict for the dress codes, other than that it was all good
