I forgot my phone charger and no one call me to notify me. After i got home i called to make enquiry and no feedback was given to me. I had to call again and they are telling me that the housekeeping attendant who arranged the room after check out is not picking the call. Still my enquiry is pending. Room is big but cleanness need ti be improved as well as washroom.

Management is so supportive and friendly. Room is pretty decent. The location is a bit shabby and also a bit trouble searching for paid parkings, apart from which the hotel room and the management are excellent and supportive.

The staffs are accommodating especially the one who checked us in. However, the room is a little bit small. The bed is uncomfy cos it was a zipper bed that was given to us. And there were small cockroaches you can find inside the washroom. For a budget friendly hotel, it is okay.
