Hotel can’t recommend for family, full of music club noise go up 4th floor can’t sleep proper. Good solo travelers especially for looking entertainers.

Poor experience. Avoid this hotel!

1) The water heater wasn't working. Although they sent a technician, it wasn't fixed. 2) Outdated room furniture 3) Only public parking is available which is chargeable and not shaded. 4) Loud noise from the club can be heard all the night, negatively affecting sleep quality. 5) The AC heater wasn't working, but they provided a small portable heater. 6) The TV is outdated and the screen display is highly distorted.

Terrible Stay

its not a pleasant experience, not worth the value. service of staff is terrible. we booked for 2 adult & 2 children (14 & 8) they confirmed the reservation. when we checked-in they said we need to pay extra for 14 year old because the room is only for 2 persons +1 kid, to cut the discussion we pay for extra bed. they told us they will provide the extra bed in our room. we reached back to our room past 11 pm bed was not in our room. we called the reception and ask for the extra bed we paid for. they told us there is no bed available very rudely and told us you should check availability before requesting. we did not argue to their staff as we are so tired and it was late at night. in the morning we prepared early to check out, cause we do want to stay longer in the hotel. the hotel manager apologizes when we check out and assures to refund the money we paid for the extra bed. but to our luck because we want to leave early we left the a bag with chocolates that was gifted to my kids. they did not even call to inform that we left something in our room. definitely, not a recommended place to stay. 🙁🙁🙁

very bad hotel, no responsibility from front office, full of club and bar, bad smell all-round the hotel, intercom not worked, bathroom floor full of water stagnation, for family stay not recommended even free of cost, no pray mat provided even asked to room service. totally waste.

Rooms were spacious and good. It was mentioned that it has parking but in reality they dont. There is a paid parking lot nearby. Hotel parking is not available, they park 2-3 cars in the driveway of the hotel and thats it.

Terrible Stay

Worst hotel ever! i am usually not the one to give negative feedback, but the management and staff have no courtesy or the right attitude, how to even speak to their guest. Upon check in they gave me smoking room though i repeatedly said non smoking, even after complaining then they provided me another smoking room which is the dirtiest room! after several arguement they mange to give me a room which was decent, they tap water is just dirty and dark, nobody respond when you try to reach out to them. The hotel rules change as per their convenience some time they will allow the food delivery guy to deliver it to room, other times they don't, when friends come to visit you be prepared bcz they will ask you for extra charge, even if there is no such written policies on your booking. They front office staff just want to make money, even if u are the guest and paid the security will ask you suspiciously what is your room number and followed by other irrelevant question. The hotel environment is not at hospitable. Very poor customer service!

Cheater hotel in dubai

I was rays my issue and manager was saying i will resolve your issue in 1 hr. But he didn't call me and he refuse me also. Now i feel cheated please don't stay in this hotel because staff is also not helpful they all are cheaters
