Hotel - no- it's a serviced apartment - location is the only solace, the staff at the front desk is hardly cooperative - the answer to anything / everything is an easy no - the room was tiny and with a back lane view whish you'd rather avoid to look at - the double bed was 'just a little wider single bed' surely not suitable for 2 - maybe for chinese people it's ok but surely not for any tall person - there is water in the room but that's it. Bathroom in general was ok though - but surely not motivating to pay another visit. I stayed there earlier when it was known as butterfly and it was reasonably good and that impression was reversed this time with change of management/ownership of the property.

They don’t clean the room at all for the duration of the stay even if it is as long as a week or more. While the room size is a double bed, the bed is barely wide enough to fit 2 slim people. Location is great with a 24x7 mcdonalds next door and metro a 5 min walk, with great shopping nearby too.

Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay here if I ever visit HK again. Great connectivity with bus and MTR both. Got a portable wifi hotspot device with was a bonus. Great staff and wonderful hospitality. Five star all the way!

Best 4 star hotel in the Town

I an a frequent traveller to Hong Kong and its been one year that I have got myself addicted to the property simply because of its perfect location and cleanliness of the hotel. I must add the room size and spacious bathroom that Butterfly in Prat offers would give stiff competition to almost all 4 star hotels in Hong Kong as I have stayed in at least 6 other 4 star hotels. Which I would not like to name but all in Kowloon side.

If anyone knows the room size of Hong Kong 3 to 5 star hotel, Butterfly on prat would be luxury for all those travellers who wish to opt for 4 star hotel at TST as I find this to be the only hotel in the category with 26 so my room size and decent size bathroom. The hotel is well maintained with utmost importance given to cleanliness. The only caveat is small lobby but in Hong Kong who has time to waste in lobby area.

Very good and relaxing. Nearby indian restaurants make the stay more pleasant. All the shops are easy to access. Ferry is at walkable distance to reach central and peak. All in all best hotel at great location with all facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and would continue to do so without any doubt simply because it's right in the hub of Kowloon and accessibility to any major centre in Kowloon is at a walking distance. Above all cleanliness and room size is best in it's class. The entire staff is polite, cordial and always eager to heed to your request patiently. I would strongly recommend for business as well as leisure travelers.

Great staff - helpful and sweet. Hotel has a great location. Very near to TST station. We got a very nice room with butterflies on our pillow. Nice big bathroom. Neat and hygenic. They gave a smartphone with free internet to roam and dine around with free calls. They helped with maps, etc.

If anyone knows the room size of Hong Kong 3 to 5 star Dash Living on Prat, Butterfly on prat would be luxury for all those travellers who wish to opt for 4 star Dash Living on Prat at TST as I find this to be the only Dash Living on Prat in the category with 26 so my room size and decent size bathroom.
