Royal Plaza Hotel

Our stay with Royal Plaza Honkg Kong was quite pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed with family there for 5 days and enjoyed. The highlight of the hotel is the proximity to the Monk Kok East MTR station. Also the Moko mall has many eatries that you can select and eat from. Overall recommend people visiting Hong Kong to stay at Roya Plaza.

The location is excellent. Food we did not taste so can't comment. Rest all facilities are excellent.

Location is good but no water bottle given

The stay was the gem of our travel. Though it is away from the usual Indian preference area like Tshim sha tshui we loved this location too. It is connected to a mall which has east monkok mrt station. So easily we can travel to various destinations. Spacious premium clean rooms. Not at all congested. We were a family of members 2adults and 2 children aged 14yrs and 17yrs. We could stay with no congestion. Only problem is bathroom has no lock but if we are a family that is not a big issue. Food we haven't tried from hotel but lots of eateries nearby and also inside mall. So we felt this stay perfect.

Good location with friendly staff. I recently stayed in royal plaza hotel with my wife and our 13 years old twin daughters. What we really liked about the hotel is it's location and amenities. Located above moko mall in a beautiful area mong kok east it is conveniently located close to 2 metro stations, mong kok east mtr which is just below the hotel and prince edward mtr about 700 metres away. From the hotel, it is very easy to reach all the important places of hong kong like the ladies market, sneakers street, temple street, tsim tsa sui, victoria harbour, central even disneyland and big buddha. Our room was well equipped with comfortable beds, bathtub and a great view. We also enjoyed the swimming pool located at 8th floor. Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

At the time of check in they demanded two thousand dollars as security deposit although i had paid total amount in nowhere it was mentioned in terms and conditions about security deposit. Ac of the room was not working. They wasted my whole next day for changing of room due to which i couldn't visit macau. Very bad experience

It was an excellent stay of three days at royal plaza hotel. Well connected with mtr. The hotel is situated in a mall called moko.

It's the best hotel we have stayed overseas. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a family suite on the top floor of the hotel. The view from the room was excellent. The hotels facilities were top notch and customer service was beyond excellence. I really look forward to staying there another time

Good buffet breakfast. Great location. Walking distance from ladies street. sneakers street, etc, above MTR Station and above MOKO mall.

Got this property at a more than reasonable price. It's a good property for business travellers with good location

We were booked for business travel and as there was a disturbance in Hong Kong, we requested the hotel to send us transportation at the airport or main Kowloon and we were ready to pay for it, they refused and as there were protests near the hotel, there were no transportation going to the hotel.

Hotel was too cramped for space and seemed to be suffocating.

We were welcomed by the porter and although reached early we were given both our rooms by an efficient Sophie. The Mongkok East Station is conveniently located at hotel mall extension. Would definitely come back.

It's a nice place to stay, specially due to location, and since it is within the shopping mall, it is convenient to have verity of food, Hotel itself serves excellent food, nice clean well maintained rooms, twin beds are queen size. Must stay

Excellent stay in the Hotel. All the facilities are outstanding. They should keep a hand shower along with the toilet which is lacking. Another feedback is there should not charge for child less than 10 years for food as the food is already expensive. Multiple options to reach the Hotel from the Airport. Hotel is connected with MOKO mall which has multiple food options including a big supermarket.

Overall experience was good but not excellent. Could not use the swimming pool as the same was closed on a few occasions due to a thunderstorm warning. Room size was small.

It's joined from the shopping mall and MTR but we don't get the swimming pool because it is temporarily suspended for some reason. It is a very good experience for us. I and my family liked your Hotel rooms and their facilities.
