No bell boy service, had to drag the heavy bags on my own too and fro from the room during checkin and checkout. No water in the room, in room dining experience was pathetic, didnt even had fruits to be served when asked. The restaurant also was not great, asked for a basic thing like yogurt, wasn't available.

While the room was spacious and breakfast was good the gold crest hotel is an old constructed hotel. It’s closer to airport and hk disneyland but away from city, getting to city centre was very difficult. 5

It was a great stay as I checked in as transit passenger, a business traveller. I wish to go with my family, on a holiday and stay for about 5 nights to explore Hong Kong and Macau. Very courteous and professional staff. Breakfast buffet was extremely good.

The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel’s location by the waterfront created a peaceful atmosphere, with its golden sandy beach and breathtaking sunset views offering the perfect escape from the busy city. The spacious rooms were well-designed, clean, and provided a sense of luxury, while the hospitality from the staff made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the resort-style facilities, including the swimming pool and dining options that catered to both local and international tastes. Overall, the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel gave me a wonderful balance of leisure and elegance, making it an ideal getaway destination.

We had an excellent time at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful view of the sea. Food was delicious. Had lot of engaging games for kids. Very helpful and supportive staff. Would love to visit again.
