The property is very near to MongKok and 700m away from a metro station. Connectivity to metro and other places is excellent. The bustling area of Mong Kok toy street, ladies street, sneaker street etc are within 1.5km. Hotel is excellent and clean though rooms are small which is normal in hongkong. No resturant in property except for morning buffet which is good but not great

Housing keeping Guys was behaved very rood on housing keeping request in the evening. The rest of the staffs were good and the location was very central to all the attractions

The location of the property is in the centre, and all modes of transportation are easily accessible from the hotel. The nearest metro station was the Olympic, which was just a 10-minute walk. The hotel coach was also available with their timing schedule, and the taxi's were just outside the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, not very spacious, and the breakfast was satisfactory, would just to introduce more variation of food as we got the same breakfast every alternate day. overall, our stay was comfortable.

Room was is very small..only suitable for one person!! View is good from window

This property was close to MTR and convenient from a location standpoint. The rooms were smaller in size but we were ok as my daughters were staying with my friends family here in HongKong. Overall decent experience

Location is very good, walkable distance to olampic metro station. No experience with food. We eat out side. Amenities is good. Services was very good.

Room was very very small. We requested for a change of room to the city facing one and they agreed on that which was a big relief. Food options for breakfast are next to nil. I would recommend to not take breakfast in hotel.

This property is not at all up to the the mark or expectations being set online. The property description says the room sizes are around 245 sq ft but hotel says they dont even have any rooms bigger than 210 sq ft. A very cramped property. The lifts are not sufficient to cater to the number of floors or rooms being allocated to guests in the peak hours. It took around 10 mins to get on ground floor from 19th floor. The staff is not at all courteous to listen to the problems the customers face.

Space was little compact in the room but you are provided with every facility needed. It was a cozy stay but would recommend if they could provide something to keep luggage as there was not much space to keep luggage in the room.

I stayed here for 8 nights the room size are bit small but for 2 people its manageable. Property is located in Mongkok. The best thing about the property is there free shuttle we are able to save approx 10-11 km using there shuttle for 8 days shuttle provide main access to temple stree langham palace hk city and kowloon metro station/ airport express. If you are in Hongkong this place is the best to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful in every manner. I check in at 2 am and checkout at 4 am there was no problem at late check inn n out. I will suggest to stay in Mongkok rather staying at central Hongkong the Mongkok is mostly plain central is all steep walking . 5stars to dorsett.

Hotel had all amenities it showed thus a good choice

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are very good with all facilities. The hotel provide free shuttle bus service every 1 hr to different location which is again a very good way to save money on transport and main reasons for staying in this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. In short indeed a excellent hotel.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Hourly shuttle service was good taking to major nearby markets. 2 metro stations nearby to take you directly to all major tourist destinations in Hong Kong.

Hotel location was good, staff very friendly. The shuttle service was good which takes to nearby locations. Both MRT stations which provide access to all possible tourist destinations were walk-able. There is a burger shop just in front of the hotel. Would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Let me have an early check-in at 9 am. The rooms are too tiny, good for the business traveller.

Dorsett situated on a comfortable place in Mongkok, rooms are very small but hotel staff cooperative and food quality good.

I stayed from 2th Sept - 8th Sept 2019, I Checked out at 7 and while Getting down from the Shuttle bus to Kowloon Station I forgot my handbag in the bus. I appreciate the Driver for giving it at Kowloon Station and I got it back from the customer service counter. Appreciate the Honesty, the bag had my Passport in it.
