- Stay experience- Agerage - Limited Breakfast options with very high price (50AED) - No socket provided in room to suit indian power plugs. They were selling the universal adopter at hotel reception - 40AED. - No commercial shops - No milk in room - Limited toiletries

Small room, Old furniture, no wardrobe, smelly AC, very bad mattress, woke up with back pain , and couldn’t sleep well. No toiletries in the bathroom with old towels. They took AED as security deposit for the room key (1st time to hear about something like this ) I booked for 2 night but I couldn’t stay there I checked in at after 10pm and checked out at 7:00 am next day and moved to another hotel

Overall Good stay, rooms are clean, check in and out is fast, location is good and near malls, reasonable prices,

Our family Eid holiday in Dubai was made smoother thanks to the convenient location of Kingsgate Al Jaddaf by Millennialium. While the rooms were compact, they were impeccably clean, which is always a priority for us with kids. The hotel's location proved to be excellent, providing easy access to various attractions and making our explorations of Dubai hassle-free. The breakfast, though simple with toasts, scrambled eggs, and coffee, was served at a nearby hotel and provided a quick and easy start to our busy days. While we noted the absence of in-room amenities and toiletries, and the breakfast was basic, the cleanliness and location were the real highlights for our family. For a practical and well-located base during a busy holiday, Kingsgate Al Jaddaf served its purpose well. If your family prioritizes cleanliness and location, this hotel is a solid option.

Very nice hotel, receptionists also good behavior.

It was an average stay. Not sure why they take 100 dhs at the reception. The customer service can be better.

Wasn’t a great stay ,poor breakfast and too many unwanted hidden charges ,staffs was bothered only about payments

Worst ever experience! the hotel denied us check-in for over an hour despite our confirmed booking. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional aed 100 without any clear explanation. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the ordeal. This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experience i’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and don’t ever visit this place!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay because the whole hotel including the corridors, reception, and lifts was smelling very bad and when we told the hotel staff they didnt do anything to solve the issue

All good as per agreement no hidden charges confortable, no surprise highly recommended for short stay

They didn't even provide water the only reason for my staying is the location no facilities available

Booked for 3 adults from make my trip. The hotel didn’t gave bed for 3rd person. They charged for the bed as extra bed. This is clearly an area of improvement

No breakfast in the hotel, need to go another hotel for food. Only few varieties of boffah and it's not worth for cash. And room service is very bad. It's taking too much time to deliver water
