Huge spacious rooms and well maintained

Comfortable stay. Very close to dubai mall (15 mins walk) & burj khalifa. The staff was courteous and extended our check-out time as well.

The hotel I stayed in Cannes had a very nice interior style and the shops were very affordable.

The hotel receptionists (males) who worked at night had a very bad attitude towards us. They had allowed some guests to take some females inside but when we questioned them didnt respond.

I recently stayed at Leva Hotel Opposite Downtown Dubai and had a wonderful experience! One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the Burj Khalifa metro station - just a short walking distance away! This made it easy for me to explore the city and access all the major attractions. The room service was also top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. Good spacious room. Walking distance near metro. Good place to stay if you want somewhere near dubai mall and city walk.

Burj khalifa king with 700 square foot is not what i booked i was highly disappointed seeing a claustrophobic room with no balcony but in my booking it was mentioned twin bed room with balcony. Nothing was given also the room was not 700 square foot. The charging phone become a mess. There was no indian food as well also the breakfast for indians was so bad. No indian tea. Dont book this hotel. There are better options near dubai mall go for those dont waste ua money in this

Location of the hotel is a huge plus, rooms are amazing spacious. Hotel is much better in real than pics posted . Restaurant is not as good

I'm sorry to say that i had a disappointing experience at the hotel due to the limited vegetarian menu options available every day. It's important for hotels to cater to diverse dietary preferences, and this seems to be a significant drawback. The lack of variety in vegetarian choices can certainly impact a guest's overall satisfaction and dining experience.

Visited dubai with a toddler and an infant. This was the perfect choice for stay. Close to downtown, dubai mall and the burj khalifa. Staff was very accommodating and even helped us celebrate the wife's birthday. I'm surely coming back here in the future!

Centrally located in downtown dubai stone throw distance fr dubai mall metro sts. Heritage property with griffith designs, exellent breakfast spread. Would love to come back. Staff very polite and cooperative

Lava hotel is an excellent stay just 500 mtrs from burj metro and also the metro skywalk extends till dubai mall and burj khalifa, it's almost 1. 2 kms in total. Given the pricey taxis and other convenience, the metro and the walk both provide relief to tourists. About the hotel, it's very clean and itself situated inside a mall (mazaya centre) and we can get good views of the mall from almost all the rooms. Rooms were in budget, the housekeeping was excellent too. Overall a nice stay.
