Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel

The location is excellent and central and on a very lively road with a vibrant vibe and taxi services at the doorstep and if required metro station's close by. Breakfast buffet has a good spread catering to international and indian guests. Amenities especially the 4 Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel located on the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel building are a big advantage and the indian Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel serves excellent indian food. A convenience / grocery store on the corner of the neighbouring building just a few steps away is a great convenience. Other restaurants fast food and fine dining are located a stones throw away. The cleanliness everywhere from bathrooms, linen, towels, rooms, restaurants is absolutely outstanding. To top all this is the good nature d spirit and help fullness of the staff everywhere right from the reception, ushers, bellboys, restaurants, room service. They all go out if the way to ensure a comfortable stay.

Room was adequate. The carpet was dirty and wasn’t cleaned well. Found some dirt that was repulsive. But the location was good, service and people were nice as well. The cleanliness was good overall but carpet dirt made me be extra cautious of feet hygiene. This needs attention. The stay was good, comfortable and the staff was really courteous too. But there was a small issue, the carpet in the room was unclean. There was chewing gum stuck to it and a little bit or dirt as well, it was disgusting and made me cautious about the feet hygiene. Apart from this one incident, I liked the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel and stay. The location is great. Very close to the metro and all the main tourist attractions. The bathroom amenities were a bit of a disappointment but overall good.

Hotel was perfectly located and we got uber taxis within a minute every time because of the perfect location of the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel. Service was very good and a very well trained, soft and energetic staff strength who always welcome with a smile. Buffet had a good range of varieties in veg and non veg and food was very good. Recommended to everyone.

Not expected like seen from reviews and photos..we booked a business suite and told it’s our anniversary but they didn’t even care and bothered as we requested to give higher floor they denied it ...never experienced such kind of pathetic response from Marriot group...

Had a fabulous stay. The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel is centrally located. The staff is very courteous. Rooms are nice, spacious. The food at the indian restaurant is delicious.

Staff are extremely courteous and prompt. Cleaning is awesome.

Very downmarket property. Seems like a glorified lodge next to a railway station. Poor service. Have to wait long time for elevators. Room service very slow. Best avoided. Not worth the money
