Food location stay all are good but they made us to pay hefty charge for a small lip stick mark on the floor which they could have cleaned

Location was good. Close to train street. 30 min from Airport. Good clean luxury rooms and Breakfast was also good.

located in central area with easy access to cafes and restaurants. breakfast spread was good property has indoor pool and gym which were nice too staff was v friend too specially Ha at reception

Grand Vista Hanoi offers elegant rooms, excellent service, and a central location. The breakfast buffet is diverse, the staff are helpful, and the hotel ambiance feels luxurious and comfortable.

Location was nice , its 5 to 6 km distance to night market and hanoi’s old quarter. The service is really good . Its not a big hotel but cleanliness is really top notch.

property is very good .. it is a five star hotel .. but only one problem no balconies in rooms .. also expensive tariffs for us specially as we had an early check in and they took twice the amount from us location is excellent ... centre. . every thing in hanoi is just about 2 km from there . food was very good .. overall service was average ... we wanted packed breakfast which they were not willing much .. later on .. when told why not .. they agreed .. did not quite like that

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was really good—clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited Indian food options available. It would be great if they could expand the variety for guests looking for more Indian cuisine. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement on the food front.

No worth Not value for money........

I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Vista Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after hectic exploration. Staff showed warmth and helfulness always courteous and ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was impressive and I appreciated the Indian breakfast options like Poha, Upma and Paratha in the menu- a thoughtful homely touch. Hotel is very close to Hanoi old quarters and landmarks and there are convenience stores nearby. Overall a beautiful and pleasant stay.

We stayed only for a night... it’s a five star property and nice and cozy rooms...many restaurants nearby to eat... including a veg restaurant... the old quarter is just 10 mins away by cab..

Room was good and liked the behaviour of thr staff, enjoyed my stay there the staff was very helpful.

hotel is good 👍 nice staff 👌 but for indian vegetarian guests it is not worth with breakfast 😉 far from old town so everything we have to go there taxi charge will be added so it's up to us in old town veg hotel and all sight seeing pick up drop is there so location wise not good if you are going for sight seeing and you are pure vegetarian otherwise great stay 😀 👍

Location is very nice. Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. 15-20mins away from hanoi old quarter and cabs are easily available. Very courteous staff. Breakfast is a little expensive if bought separately.

On arrival at the hotel- manager declared no bell boy to take luggage. At 10. 15pm hotel manager declares that there is no room service after 10pm. Terrible experience in my 42 years international hotel stays. Reception and waiters at the restaurant were novice and no courtesy to us. What a bad experience.

Hotel is good but after paying huge amount to hotel, they don't have any regard to guest at hotel. Any minor loss, they will make bill immediately.

It was a good stay at Grand Vista hotel, I would recommend if you don’t want to stay near centre or old quarters you can choose this property with good breakfast and amenities the only thing I wanted to warn you is avoid Spa in hotel located in basement of Grand Vista hotel with the name of Dong Do massage it’s actually a brothel not a spa they will cheat you. It was really shocked to see how this hotel is allowing them to run such a brothel type of spa in their premises. Rest everything is good.

A good hotel with good facilities like indoor swimming pool, gym etc. Good size rooms. Friendly staff

I reached hotel before checkin time and they did not allow checkin while they were having rooms available and on making multiple requests they asked to go out and roam in the city. Even they do-not offer water to guests sitting and ask to purchase glass of water. Terrible service
