It was a good stay at Grand Vista Grand Vista Hanoi, I would recommend if you don’t want to stay near centre or old quarters you can choose this property with good breakfast and amenities the only thing I wanted to warn you is avoid Spa in Grand Vista Hanoi located in basement of Grand Vista Grand Vista Hanoi with the name of Dong Do massage it’s actually a brothel not a spa they will cheat you. It was really shocked to see how this Grand Vista Hanoi is allowing them to run such a brothel type of spa in their premises. Rest everything is good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Vista Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after hectic exploration. Staff showed warmth and helfulness always courteous and ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was impressive and I appreciated the Indian breakfast options like Poha, Upma and Paratha in the menu- a thoughtful homely touch. Hotel is very close to Hanoi old quarters and landmarks and there are convenience stores nearby. Overall a beautiful and pleasant stay.

Grand Vista Hanoi is good 👍 nice staff 👌 but for indian vegetarian guests it is not worth with breakfast 😉 far from old town so everything we have to go there taxi charge will be added so it's up to us in old town veg Grand Vista Hanoi and all sight seeing pick up drop is there so location wise not good if you are going for sight seeing and you are pure vegetarian otherwise great stay 😀 👍

The Grand Vista Hanoi is well located with a very courteous staff. Hospitality was par excellence. The cab and other arrangements were done by the Grand Vista Hanoi with a regular follow up on issues. The room was spacious and well equipped. Overall a fab experience.

Its a very good Grand Vista Hanoi. Good spacious rooms. Neat, clean and well maintained. Polite and efficient staff. Good food. Not far from the downtown happening area. Lots of good eating joints close by. Very well priced. Excellent value for money.

We stayed only for a night... it’s a five star property and nice and cozy rooms...many restaurants nearby to eat... including a veg restaurant... the old quarter is just 10 mins away by cab..

Hotel is good but after paying huge amount to Grand Vista Hanoi, they don't have any regard to guest at Grand Vista Hanoi. Any minor loss, they will make bill immediately.

Location is very nice. Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. 15-20mins away from hanoi old quarter and cabs are easily available. Very courteous staff. Breakfast is a little expensive if bought separately.
