I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not comfortable at all as the AC was not cooling properly. In this hot Dubai summer, the cooling was extremely slow, which made the stay unpleasant. I expected better maintenance and service from a hotel of this level.

We stay at City Seasons every time we visit Dubai. The location is great as it is almost inside Burjuman Mall. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are great except for one thing this time. The AC was not working well enough. I had to change my room but even the new room was not cooling like it should. I understand it’s peak summer but since the hotel is all glass they should improve their air conditioning for the conditions. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Lack of Basic Service Ruined My Stay

I had a very disappointing experience at City Seasons Hotel, Bur Dubai. There were several issues during my stay. First, the front desk staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. I requested an iron and a tissue box, but despite following up multiple times, they were only delivered the next day, and this happened more than once. On a positive note, the bellboy was very polite and helpful. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its location, which is convenient with many restaurants nearby and easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel for 13 days in advance and couldn’t cancel without losing money, otherwise, I would have preferred to move elsewhere. I stayed only because I had no choice.

Everything great except for one

We stay at City Seasons every time we visit Dubai. The location is great as it is almost inside Burjuman Mall. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are great except for one thing this time. The AC was not working well enough. I had to change my room but even the new room was not cooling like it should. I had a pleasant stay at this City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The staff were nice, polite, and professional. My room was clean, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice
