Everything great except for one

We stay at City Seasons every time we visit Dubai. The location is great as it is almost inside Burjuman Mall. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are great except for one thing this time. The AC was not working well enough. I had to change my room but even the new room was not cooling like it should. I understand it’s peak summer but since the City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai is all glass they should improve their air conditioning for the conditions. Otherwise it’s a great City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai.

I had a pleasant stay at this City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The staff were nice, polite, and professional. My room was clean, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice

I stayed one night at City Session Hotel and had a wonderful experience. the service, cleanliness, and overall comfort felt like a 5-star City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai. The staff was very polite and professional, the room was neat and well-maintained, and all facilities were excellent.
