Great hotel & helpful staff i had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Miss hebrit at reception was very kind and helpful. She made everything easy for us. The hotel is in a good location, and the food was also great. I would love to stay here again!

Great Stay with Excellent Customer Service Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Miss Hebrit at the reception, who was extremely cooperative and provided great customer service. The only thing that could be improved is the kids’ play area. It would be great if more swings and slides were installed to make it more enjoyable for children. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

2 nights 2 days stay at al berni hotel jebel ha-feet with my wife & daughter

First things First, the property had no concierge person in reception to receive the families checking in by driving their vehicle to the entrance of the hotel. I checked in late at 10: 10 pm but I was told that its too cold for staff to wait outside but the staff could have waited inside and take the luggage as soon as a customer checks in. When we approach the reception, the reception lady didnt even ask my wife to sit down till she completes the process. the helper came after 15 minutes to take the luggage and the room wasnt cleaned fully yet and ready yet weven when we were checking in 6 hours later than usual time of 3 pm. When we entered the room, there was unpleasant smell, the helper just came bare handed and no trolley to take our luggage. The room service wasn't responding to the calls on time and after several calls they answer and then not do anything about the request. I had to boil the fresh milk I brought to the hotel for my daughter who is a special child and she was sick with fever and flu on the way to the hotel while driving down from Abu Dhabi. There was no microwave in the room and I can understand that, but hotel staff initially refused multiple times to take my request to boil the cup of milk. After much deliberation they agreed. I am thankful for that. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a disaster except for the egg omlettee, scrambled egg and some breadjam and butter. The rest of the items were either under cooked, un healthy choices and the fruit juices were not fresh fruit juice. The overall breakfast experience was terrible and i have been to grand mercure jebel hafeet, the breakfast buffet in the french restaurant was much better. Serious changes needed for break fast buffet. Customer service training. etiquette training, handling customer complaints training to be provided for all staff and contractors. Housekeeping, thinkning proactively what customer needs and what customer delights. I will not visit this hotel till I know improvements are made visibly seen and verified.

The place is very nice, lying on Jabal Hafeet, on the top of the mountain I recommend booking here if you are looking for a quiet and enjoying place The place will require drivig upto the mountain which include nice roads. Visiting shopping malls will require driving for a distance more than 15 KM including the driving downward The rooms are very good or family couple more than friends
