Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort , a beautiful property with all the amenities. Almost 4-5 swimming pools and good pool activities for the Kids. Good Slides and water activities in the pool for kids. Lavish breakfast options are available. North Indian food options are very less in breakfast but that's absolutely fine because you can't expect everything at one place. Fruit options are many in breakfast. Even the ala carte menu have slept kids menu which is very nice and good food. The food is nice and tasty.
Helping staff all around the corner. Overall a good experience to stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort

Property is really nice and we'll maintained. Rooms are large and properly furnished. Resort amenities are excellent, specially the child centric amenities are exceptional. My kid really enjoyed the stay. Food was nice. Staff was helpful and prompt.

The hospitality of the hotel staff is very poor.Even if we asked the in room dining to heat the baby food but they asked us to come to the kitchen and do it,which was unexpected.
The location is good but it's located at the upside of the hill ,for which even when we need to step out for the beach or night market ,we are dependent on their shuttle or any mode of transport.
Food options are very limited and below average,the only good thing that they have indian chef who can atleast understand your requirement else would rate food 4/10

It was wonderful stay. Very courteous staff. Shuttle service to Kata Beach was a “plus”. Breakfast spread especially Bakery section was very good. Family room was comfortable for a family of four.

The room was nice and big. Housekeeping is very bad. Food is not that great. The hotel is on a steep hill and walking uphill is a killer.

Ultimate stay. All was perfect. Staff behaviour was very good. Very cooperative. Location was excellent. Service was very good. Amenities were fully loaded no words.

It will be best if vegetarian and non vegetarian section should be seperate as it was, little difficult to choose being vegetarian and every time touch the other non veg utensils
