property is good and the location is just perfect. 2 min walk to bangla road..the only negative is the staff...they make u feel as if they r doing some favor to u letting u stay there ...no expressions no smile and the way of telling their property rules is rude...zero points for the reception staff, rest was perfect..local tour operator ,supattra/mamy just outside the resort was very helpful and reasonable...

Overall an average experience

The pool was the only highlight, the washroom was not good. Although the room was clean, the restroom could have been much better. The location is very very good. It's walking distance from patong beach, and has a cool night market just outside it.

Might be The worst stay of Phuket

This might be The worst stay of Phuket. The hotel staffs will check into your room without your permission when you are not there and look for whether you are smoking or not. They will provide you booking of smoking room but they won't allow you to smoke inside The room or even in bathroom. The worst part of this hotel is The staffs do not know to communicate and they will try to find instances to deduct money from you.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. It is centrally located with easy access to popular places. We only had breakfast at this location which was good and good service. If they could keep a charging point near the bed, that would be great.

Bachelor's at Viridian

We stayed Viridian for Bachelors in the first week of September. Location is the key factor and everything - Bangla, Patong Beach, Central Mall is a walk away. The swimming pool is cleaned alternate days. Hotel rooms are clean, and for the price it's the best hotel available. Staff is usually courtesy, use google translator to explain complex things specially if you need veg food. Travel desk guy is really helpful and we got a good deal PhiPhi tour. Also, 7/11 is a stone's throw away. Mango bar is also nice to try their specials and in happy hours. The only problem I had was with reception check-in where at first they judged us to create a ruckus as we Indians. But I think that's the attitude of all local people as Indians usually are loud and create havoc. Since we were well behaved compared to others, we could see the difference in service in the next few days. For bike rentals use hotel, it's better.

Rooms are to small, lots of mosquitoes and dinner the hotels timing in room service booklet is 10.30.Pm and 9.00.pm shuts down mostly, breakfast hall some chairs are also week, all in one the hotels room and place is to congested.
