Terrible Stay

I haven't seen such a non-cooperative staff in my life. There were multiple incidents where the staff refused to provide service bluntly, asking for lemons, ice, room cleaning, to name a few. I had booked the hotel for 3 nights and the staff refused to change the towels everyday. Further, when asked for a smoking room, the staff refused to provide and also said that there would be a penalty of 2000 Bhat if found smoking, even in the room balcony. The restaurant had limited options and tbuffet breakfast was also below average.

The property was ok but we have one incident at the property we have booked for taxi from outside they have given us the time of 10-10. 30 to pick us up around 10 we have send our luggage to lobby and 5-10 mins later we arrived at hotel lobby and got to know they have dispatched our luggage to the taxi team without our knowledge

Very good, clean and nice property with lot of plants and greenery. Good staff with great support on everything. Provided 1-2 good vegetarian breakfast options on request. Our stay at phu pi ma-an was a luxury. The place is at the centre of krabi. The ambiance is quite nice and pleasant. It's a perfect gateway if you are looking for a place to relax. The staffs were very nice and the room with jacuzzi is the highlight.

We had an amazing experience for 3 days cause of the warm hospitality, high grade facilities ( swimming pool, delicious breakfast, shuttle services ) the view from the top was so scenic that it will remain etched in our memory for a long time. Some people might complain about the ac but since it's a big room, it's takes about 20 odd minutes to have comfortable temperature. All the best phu phi naan lots of love regards

Our stay at phu pi maan was amazing the property is beautiful it's a 10-15 minute walk away from the beach. The rooms are very classy and super comfortable with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food was delicious and there is a huge variety of options in breakfast as well.
