The balcony slide door could not be locked so as Solo traveller I felt unsafe at night. Reception's promise to repair failed. Towels were not fresh. Tv channels in english were not available.

It was OK. Very convenient for shoppers. The lift was always busy and the reception and getting to the pool was confusing.
