The balcony slide door could not be locked so as Solo traveller I felt unsafe at night. Reception's promise to repair failed. Towels were not fresh. Tv channels in english were not available.

We just used the room to sleep, because we were out of the room most of the time. It was OK. The size was comfy for three people. It was clean and the staff helpful.
It was OK. Very convenient for shoppers. The lift was always busy and the reception and getting to the pool was confusing.
