Check in took almost one hour. There is a queue for Morning breakfast after 8.30...indian food in breakfast was limited and had no taste. There was a water leakage for bathroom ceiling. They are charging 15 AED for empty plats if you have packed food with you. There is a refrigerator in room but it has no use because there is no ICE tray in it. You have to compulsorily order ice cube from room service. Overall this hotel is not up to our expectation.

Very bad experience. They donā€™t have room ready on time we have to wait for 3 hours for our room. Lift is not working and at the breakfast there is too much of rush. Staff is very arrogant and unprofessional. Donā€™t expect from this hotel.
