Extremely convinient and strategically located - 10 min walk to Indira Square and 20 min walk to Platinum Mall. Plethora of multi cuisine Indian Restaurants and food options at a 5 min. walk. Very comfortable and luxurious rooms. Bathrooms are well maintained and rooms are large. Food can use an upgrade - the breakfast buffet was the same the 4 days during our stay.

Worst hotel experience in thailand.

I stayed here for a week during my Thailand trip, and honestly, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the way this hotel treats Indian guests is extremely disrespectful, despite the fact that almost 80% of their customers are Indians. During my entire Thailand stay, I never faced any issue with late check-outs anywhere else—even when I checked out an hour late, But here, their checkout time is 11:00 AM, if I don’t vacate immediately, they would fine me Such behavior is unacceptable for a so-called “hospitality” business. In every decent hotel worldwide, if you lose your key card, they either replace it free of cost or charge a very nominal fee. And their excuse is that “you have to pay.” We all know hotels keep spare keys and don’t need to change locks for one misplaced card. This is nothing but exploitation of guests. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to any Indian traveler. Bangkok Palace Hotel is only interested in extracting money through unfair rules and treating Indians poorly.
