Very neat and comfortable. Ideally located. However, it lacked a 24 hours restaurant, the breakfast buffet remains the same on all days and the view from the rooms is not exactly the best. But a tidy cozy place with everything nearby, including MTR and Bus stations.

Very calm place. Walkable to metro. Daily cleaning of linen fantastic. Very neat and clean. Reception very cooperative. Can avoid to walk steep by taking lift from car park. Absolutely no issue with hotel. Overall i strongly recommend. Will always stay in future when i am in hong kong

Location is far from nearest metro, around 6-700 mtrs, nearest bus station is also far, property is way good, neat and clean room, daily complimentary water and tea coffee. We were offered high floor rooms 12th. Biggest con is 1500 hkd deposit for indians. Which makes 17000- rs.

The hotel is situated on a slightly steep slope. So use the lift in the basement. Excellent location. Very efficient staff. Clean. Very good hygiene and housekeeping. Rooms are normally small as all Hong Kong rooms are. However, have been upgraded to larger rooms. Absolutely no complaints with the hotel. However , do be warned that if you call a Taxi early in the morning - 4 AM -5 AM via the hotel concierge , the taxi driver normally tried to rip you off. It’s a surprise for a city like Hong Kong. This is no way a complaint against the hotel, just a fair bit of warning to keep your eyes open. Oh. Another major plus is the Knutsford Terrace bars strip which is a bunch of bars just next to the hotel. Great place to chill out.
