Excellent stay and courteous staff service. The bus terminal and metro is close to the hotel. Huge breakfast spread

In short everything was too good ! staff tried to accommodate all our requests. Amazing harbour view !

The location is pretty remote kind of location, you won’t find much shops restaurants nearby but over all in-hotel experience was awesome. Food quality was good and staff was cooperative too.

Services level very good, good connectivity/food

Hotel location is good if you are going for vacation and enjoy peace but far away from main city. Well connected to metro. View from Harbour facing rooms is great. Ambience is good. Over all it good property to stay if you are ready to travel by Metro or Taxi

Overall experience is good but waiting for 3. 5 hours for rooms to get ready was pathetic. I was travelling with my 5 year old daughter and we have flown for 5 hours night flight and it was so tiring, and waiting after that for 3 and half hours is bad

Staff is not concerned .. Made us wait for check in for a few hours and multiple reminders. Room service is slow and multiple calls are required for reminder. Room cleaning is not regular and very late even after multiple reminders. My room had no temperature control and used to get extremely cold in the evenings.

Pathetic experience. I visited Hong Kong on 5th December 2017 and booked this hotel by mistake as I wanted to book Grand Hyatt in Tsim Sha Tsui. But I was quality confident for good services due to its brand name but it I realized my mistake to accommodate myself there at very first interaction on front desk only. Staff on front desk was so unprofessional and non-cooperative. Even though there was exchange of mails about my requirement but they didn’t follow their commitments. Worst part was that they allotted me room after lot of insistence and number of reminders. I reached hotel Becky 11am and they told me very rudely that room can't be allowed before 2 pm. Every when I requested them by 2 pm they said 3 pm. I felt stuck due to full advance payment. Even after lot of discussion I got room after 2 pm only the pathetic situation I face room was full of cigarette snake while I requested for nonsmoking room. I called them again on front desk then also they send somebody to do some spray of room freshener instead of changing my room as per requirement. Will never go this hotel again and never suggest to anybody. I feel regret to book this hotel through makemytrip.

It was an awesome hotel with very good staff. They also upgraded us to a lovely room. Room was awesome with a superb view. Everything was great there. When we visited the weather was also good.

I booked the hotel by mistake. My intent was to book the Hyatt in Tshim Sha Tshui. Was quite apprehensive at first but as Sha tin is the suburban area. The Hyatt Sha tin made my travel to the heart Tshim Sha Tshui seamless takes exact 39 -30 mins to reach. Thanks to the shuttle they provided. Its right on time and so convenient. The staff is courteous and well groomed. Breakfast spread great. Rooms spacious, clean. Just I feel the carpet is worn out in corridors and rooms, it needs to be changed. Apart from that a five star experience. Would highly recommend...

Staying in hyatt was extremely satisfying experience ... We went for staycation away from hustle bustle of city life ... It was relaxing with good location and awesome services and facilities around. Restaurant is good.

Overall a very great and relaxing experience. The food was excellent, beautiful interior and great staff. Basically it had everything you look forward to during stay your stay in a hotel. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Will definitely like to stay here during my next visit to Hongkong.

I had a great stay in the Hyatt Regency, Sha tin, Hong Kong. The representatives were really helpful and the services were outstanding. The food was sumptuous. The location was amazing. The room service has been quick. Overall an unforgettable experience.

Service and ambience was very good. staff were very courteous. location does not matter while the hotel is at one end but people understand Sha Tin as location and will guide you, Vegetarian people will struggle a bit for food menu.

A great hotel purely because of its service. Great front office. Housekeeping up to the mark. Has a handy in the room which is extremely handy. Great price for a 5 star. Pick it up on your next visit to Hong Kong. Food could have been better along with catering to international guests.
