Taruna this lady she is not professional. We always book Ramese Rose Hotel. She can't do every single things. I have bad experience at my birthday. I booked 2 person. She said need to pay for visitor fees for person because she said that he doesn't have physical ID. If we pay money, we can. This is not reason that they need extra money. She took extra money for us. Before this hotel is not like that. I stay here because of my birthday but very stupid hotel. I am reqular guest in here. Next time I will think to stay here again. If this reception lady give service to me, I don't want to book again because she doesn't have professional. Bad service and stupid.

Noisy due to club and rooms are not very clean. Iron is very very old. On the other hand, TVs are big and good. Rooms are spacious enough.

I arrived to the hotel and they almost wanted to cancel my booking and they told me go get refund from the app but the it was non refundable booking although it’s not my problem so i should get refund. I called the app but your agents are the worst, they are like reboots that don’t know anything and they are very bad. The app is good but once any problem happens there won’t be any support from your side. I need a very strong compensation from your side

Need to give adaptor for charging laptop or phone
