Stay at address Dubai mall was more as if you were staying in a commercial property with a very good view of Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was limited and not as per international standard

It’s an good resort , but basic amenities. Rooms are good , house keeping is excellent. Breakfast is full spread

The experience of stay to include overall ambience, reception, room stay, food and allied facilities was outstanding

Such a spacious room with beautiful french furniture and a great view! Location was amazing, Very clean and quick service,Chicken biryani was so delicious!Would definitely visit again.

The stay was great,all the staff members were really helpful. Our dinner at the mitagi restaurant was really good as well ,and the gym was 24/7 open.

We stayed at raffles the palm from 18th sep to 20th sep. And our experience was pleasant throughout our stay. Room was very cozy. All the staff were very welcoming. Overall wonderful stay.

It’s v good property but checkin staff is k i came to celebrate my wife bday here n told them in advance ps keep one small cake in my room n they have not kept it at reception also i told ps send one cake but no body has bothers

Ambience is really good. However their food tastes really bad and they don't have variety either. We got tired of eating same few items on daily basis. Staff is also not cooperative. We needed to wait for three hours during our check in. They even took the 3000 aed deposit from us but didn't even gave us any receipt during our checkout and our money stayed in hold for almost three weeks. Our experience was really bad when it comes to service, food, staff cooperation.
