I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offers all the necessary amenities in the room for a comfortable experience. The front office team was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making check-in and any requests a breeze. The only downside was the linens, which could use an upgrade. Overall, everything else was great, and I’d recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. It’s truly a good hotel in a good place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

All are fine except the room just have toiletries for one person even I booked for 2 ,we only have 1 towel ready in the room ,also we cannot use the tv ,we planned to watch Netflix but even you tube is not working .

Lotus Grand Hotel Al Rigga – Amazing Stay! I had an amazing experience at Lotus Grand Hotel Al Rigga. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and to my surprise, they had a smart TV, which was an unexpected and delightful touch

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The hotel does not look like the pictures advertised online. They seem to be understaffed, and the service was not friendly or welcoming. There was no fridge in the room upon arrival, and we had to request one. Utensils also came with an extra charge, which felt inconvenient. The pool was not as shown in the photos, and overall, the room did not smell pleasant and was not properly tidy. I expected a much better standard for the price and would not recommend this property.

I was disappointed with the parking situation during my stay. Although the hotel mentions that parking is available, it was not provided to guests upon arrival. Instead, security personnel directed me to use RTA public parking, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Clear and honest communication about parking availability is essential, and I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests.

We had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the entire team, always ready to assist with a smile. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. terrible experience due to night security yusuf, Ayush and narayan,who harrassed me alot putting allegations on me just because tea was paid by visitor of .such narrow minded person assuming visitors are bad if tea or coffee is offered in sitting just matter of , security yusuf put allegations on me.such people are to be removed from the Job who ill treat visitors, making bad name for property

was very disappointed by security at night yusuf asked me to leave the hotel, asking me to see another property just because sometimes male vistor pay for coffee which is only when we gather in sitting area at night

I have mixed opinion,some staff good ,but night staff very bad.while I was sitting in their lounge, since one of my friend paid two aed for my tea,the security as well staff at reception asked me to leave the hotel though I was having my booking next day.the security will talk to every girl coming in and out of hotel to get attention from girls but no respect for visitors.but since friend again visitor like me paid for me,he insulted me front of everyone.,he thinks great of himself,as if he owns the property just because I am solo travellerit's none of it's business to interfere with visitors life.always asking me and others to see other hotel thereby directly asking us to go for another hotel which is against property policy.employee asking customers to look for another property,what type of person is this surprised, spoiling business.

Hotel Lotus Grand is situated at a very good location very close to the Union Metro and the Al Rigga shopping district. The staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly.
