The Nova Platinum Hotel was neat and clean. The stay was pleasant and the rooms are very clean and hygiene. The property was very near to walking street and near to many attractions in Pattaya. Morning complementary breakfast was also awesome and they offered variety of dishes.

Very bad smell in a room & continuously I do complain hotel reception but no one response all the time he say all rooms are check sold out no room available. So I have very very bad experience for this nova platinum hotel. It’s not good hotel staff also not cooperative . Very bad experience for me

Location is fine and the hotel is good but I noticed something fishy while checking in and checking out. While checking in we were asked to sign forms which had mentions of fine for smoking , spitting on the floor etc While checking out they showed that the pillow,bedsheet, blanket, even inside pillow had pink spots and they charged Baht fine for the same though we opposed then we were asked to deposit Baht as fine We even said that we will write these things in review but the lady in the reception said they would post these photographs and will write something that will defame us Same thing had happened with one of our friend who checked out early in the morning. He informed us and said he paid Baht fine. Before checking out we saw those spots and were surprised to see it on everything, even inside the pillow and blanket and same spots on comode , basin Nova Platinum is a good hotel and excellent location but we have never faced such unprofessional behaviour in our previous stays.

As we reached there in hotel the reception staff is helpfull, first they told us to give room after 3 hr . Then when we go after 3 hr they denied. And give us only 1 room instead of 3 room. Second, the room is not good as shown in photos when we booked. In bathroom they show bathtub. But actually in room very small bathroom. Third, in room small cockroaches 🪳 & small insects also. No hygiene. Room is like you stay in depression. No lights proper working. From the reception,to the room the walking distance is too much. You tired only from walking. No recommended to anyone.
