Had to change the room as AC wasn’t working. However, the replacement room AC was fine. Technical glitch maybe. Grand twin bed deluxe room was spacious with balcony, no doubt. The thing is too many, way too many Indians uncles and mamas stay here. As most of us Indians lack civic sense, they just sit on the floor, Nova Platinum Hotel entrance steps, waiting area and just peek and scan every other lady, passing comments etc. Typical us which is an embarrassment because many visitors and other nationalities just look on these guys with disgust. Hotel should make it very clear to avoid these guests to sit on the entrance steps which disfigures the image of the Nova Platinum Hotel. Rest all was fine

Location & Amenities: Excellent Rooms & Food : Good (Indian Breakfast options are ok but Ala carte Thali is Very Good Staff Behaviour: Staff was helpful and courteous If you are travelling solo or a group of Men it's a great place to be but due to certain YKWIM Pattaya vibes the families with Teenage Children/Sr. Citizens might not find the atmosphere appropriate so they shall try finding something away from Beach/Walking street area.

Good location and very cooperative staff.. highly recommended for future travel as well...one thing which i noticed is about cleanness if you have long stay here then they clean partially not properly likewise they do at the time of checkout..they need to consider this as feedback of improving the goodwill of the Nova Platinum Hotel

I had a great experience at Hotel Nova Platinum. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent – close to the beach and local markets. Service was prompt, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
