We stayed for 4 nights and it was a nice experience. They have good swimming pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was good considering we are vegetarian. They had atleast one slightly heavy veg item like Chhole paratha, chana masala with Paratha, dosa sambhar, fried rice everyday, along with usual salads and breads which was good. It's located at 3 mins walk from City-centre metro station. So if you are planning to use metro it's a big plus.

Small room, ignorant staff and bad room service

Very small room i asked for an upgrade and i wanted to pay they completely ignored me i would wait for at least 3-4 hours till room service brings me a dental kit, i asked for a vanity kit since 2 days and they didn’t bring it yet. Such a terrible experience i would only recommend it if you have work near deira other than that, literally don’t even think about it

Its our second time at copthorne and they never disappoint us. From yaeb at reception to fawaz at bell desk was very patient and accomodating. The place itself is very tidy. We stayed at a deluxe 1 bedroom and was very lovely with a nice balcony. The place is very near to metro and a mall and the area has lots of restaurants to choose.

Our stay at copthorne dubai was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a nice experience. They have good swimming pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was good considering we are vegetarian. They had atleast one slightly heavy veg item like Chhole paratha, chana masala with Paratha, dosa sambhar, fried rice everyday, along with usual salads and breads which was good. It's located at 3 mins walk from City-centre metro station. So if you are planning to use metro it's a big plus.
