Not Professional staff. They hold my 500 Deposit

I stayed there two days. On check in they asked for refundable Deposit which I have given them from my Debit bank card. And I asked person at reception he told me when you check out you will get your deposit same time. At the time of check out when I asked my deposit without asking or confirmation again the other person on reception said I transfer back your deposit in your card now it will take 15 days or 1 month or more months we don’t have any idea. Like seriously I have given them amount and now I am waiting for my despot for 1 months or more for no reason what kind of management is this and they just said we apologize we didn’t ask you or person forget to tell. Arising very fed up still I didn't get my deposit back. They don’t have any answer. Hotel and apartments are good but management or people running hotel lying and fooling people.

Hi, i am so feeling comfortable to stay in the apartment like my home it’s very peace amazing facilities. Well cleanliness, smile team from front office, security, housekeeping snd 16th floor restaurants staff all of them are very much friendly treat as known person! thank you so much the management! i will come back to a bit long more to stay with!

Hi! i had a pleasant and a very comfortable stay. My room was always spic and span when i used to come back to the Abidos Hotel Apartment Dubailand after being outside. A must stay, will recommend to all my family and friends visiting dubai for a relaxing stay.

Friendly service personnel. Lots of parking. Easy access to dubai al-ain road. Microwave, refrigerator, kettle all available in the kitchenette. Provided baby cot also.
