The staff at the hotel was very arrogant asking me to leave my table while there were other guests waiting. I told him they I will finish my coffee in 2 mind and leave but he still asked me to leave the table. The housekeeping reception and room service phones were never answered I had to call each one of them at least 3 times to ask for any service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything was OK. I am a regular customer. But I booked king suit with king bed and I received deluxe room with twin single bed. But all other facilities are OK. The issue is not with the Hotel. The issue is with the MMT team. Because they used another 3rd party vendor to book room and they selected this downgraded room.

Excellent, Near Airport Friendly and cooperative staff

Stay was good and perfect. Staff was very good in hospitality. Breakfast quality to be improved, particularly Indian food with proper combination would be great. Definitely they need to look in to the coffee vending machine considering the breakfast crowd.
