The property is really nice. Has got a beautiful big pool and a small pool. The room size options are multiple. Very strategically located. Lot of restaurants and massage centres around. 7-11 right at the door. The rooms are getting old and wardrobe stinks. No slippers. This is not a family Hotel so family and kids to avoid.

What I'll tell you about Platinum is that Nova Platinum, where we were provided with a superior room, was located in a building far away. It took us a long time to get to and from reception. Yes, the food was excellent.

The Nova Platinum Hotel was neat and clean. The stay was pleasant and the rooms are very clean and hygiene. The property was very near to walking street and near to many attractions in Pattaya. Morning complementary breakfast was also awesome and they offered variety of dishes.

Very bad smell in a room & continuously I do complain hotel reception but no one response all the time he say all rooms are check sold out no room available. So I have very very bad experience for this nova platinum hotel. It’s not good hotel staff also not cooperative . Very bad experience for me

Location is fine and the hotel is good but I noticed something fishy while checking in and checking out. While checking in we were asked to sign forms which had mentions of fine for smoking , spitting on the floor etc While checking out they showed that the pillow,bedsheet, blanket, even inside pillow had pink spots and they charged Baht fine for the same though we opposed then we were asked to deposit Baht as fine We even said that we will write these things in review but the lady in the reception said they would post these photographs and will write something that will defame us Same thing had happened with one of our friend who checked out early in the morning. He informed us and said he paid Baht fine. Before checking out we saw those spots and were surprised to see it on everything, even inside the pillow and blanket and same spots on comode , basin Nova Platinum is a good hotel and excellent location but we have never faced such unprofessional behaviour in our previous stays.
