The best checkin experience i had at a hotel thanks to Anna. Very helpful staff and neat and clean property. The rooms were big enough and it was a value for money stay for me. There were vegetarian options in buffet that was clearly explained to me at the restaurant on the 9th floor. You have to climb 1 floor to get there as lift goes until 8th floor. The location of the property is top notch. With majority of attractions within walkable distance in old quarter. Would definitely stay here again.

The service staff, smiling faces, humble attitude and ever ready to help nature makes booking of this hotel worth it. And also the location, walking distance to all prime places. Room was a bit issue as we were expecting rooms with ventilation but no window in the rooms, but there are some options of room with balconies also. So you can go for that.

The massage service was not good. I had taken foot massage and it was not done properly. Also the rooms doesn't have ventilation. It feels more suffocated.
