This is one of the costliest hotels in Hanoi, but unfortunately, it is nowhere near worth the price. The location is not as claimed and does not give you any real taste of the city. Most of the rooms are small, poorly designed, and many don’t even have a window. You have to follow up constantly for even the most basic requirements. Room service is very poor – they don’t even clean the dustbins in the toilets properly. After 5 PM, there is no housekeeping available, and most of the time the reception doesn’t even bother to respond to calls. The hotel doesn’t provide basic things like a room freshener, and even simple necessities like mobile charging points and intercoms are a big issue. We had to change our room just because there was no charging point and no working telephone for emergencies. The only positive part of this hotel is the breakfast and restaurant service, which is good with options for everyone. But apart from that, nothing about this hotel is value for money. The rooms are low quality, service is disappointing, and overall, it does not live up to the high price they charge. Definitely not recommended.

overall the room is good.....but heater doesn't work at morning 6 a.m .....and the breakfast options are very less.....their food quality could be better.....but the hotel manager...helped us a lot....for bike rental .....overall the stay is good...but would suggest to improve their food options...

The hotel was not up to the mark, The receptionist was very outdated.

Worst hotel to stay. Never never stay in this hotel there are many complains which we did and none of the complains were solved

Bedsheets were not clean. There was no body to assist with luggage. The room quality was also very poor.

Nice decent hotel in a strategic location. Comparatively better than the package hotel booked by the tour operator for my stay during the tour. Had chosen this at the last minute. But turned out to be good.

The staff was so rude that the next stay guest didn't even go inside the hoel but was just roaming outside. Thats really very bad

Hotel location is good and breakfast buffet also has good option. But rooms are not good. No window at the room would make anyone uncomfortable. No thanks

The room was really small, didn’t had much space to move. Location was really good, night market and most of the restaurants are nearby.

Hotel rooms are good, very welcoming. Location is 1 km from city centre, but you will find everything near property. Buffet breakfast was also better than other costly hotels. A great value for money.

The location, room and service was good 👍👍 Early check in and also late check out was available on request. stuff are also very good.

It was pathetic ! i am rating average just because of bell boys. Even e your conceitge was pathetic. The head staff of your kitchen was pathetic and spoke rudely with us and didn't gave us food as basic omlette.

I was denied check in on arrival. Hotel saying they are overbooked. Did not expect that on arrival late and had to look for another hotel with all the luggage. And my incident was not the only one, read more reviews for not allowing check in from different users. So something is wrong with this place. I would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff's were very kind and friendly.. Highly recommended 🙂

Reception did not allow for early check in. We had to wait for 4 hrs. Room was not spacious. Loneliness in the hotel compared to other hotel. Breakfast ambience is good at 9 th floor. No indian vegetarian food available. I don't recommend it for couples and families

No ac working, rooms were mot even ready by 2 pm, at first denied for accomodation and then shifted to another hotel

Denied check in stating that hotel is already booked and we were sent to some another shoddy hotel without prior intimation!

Hotel staff is unwelcoming and rude. They dont let you eat breakfast properly. Simple requests like bread, milk etc are declined. They constantly stare at your plates when you go for refills and even stops you when u take more than 1 of any thing. Rooms are small and old. No proper charging points. We had to use one in washroom. The hotel is at one way so no cab can be booked. From the spot.
