The Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa stay was very comfortable. Great location. Everything was at a walking distance. All the tour pickups available from the Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa. The staff went out of their way to help us. Over all it was an amazing stay. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff was very good and the food and room quality was also good. And the design of the room and outside area are so much good and pretty. I don't have any pictures of the room because i didn't take any pictures inside Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa

Stayed here for like a day. It's based in old quarter which allows you to have better connectivity with the other places. The plus point was they allowed us to check in early. The train street is at walking distance from this place.

The Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa is right in the market (Old HaNoi city). Rooms are a little small in size and windows are also small. cleaning is good, breakfast is also ok. If I get a good deal then it's a good choice.

Rooms were small, veg menu is limited, but was cheap, hence you cannot expect much. Location is good 4 star is just for the name in vietnam

All good no complaints. The stay was good, staff were very friendly and approachable. They helped in everything.

It is a decent Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa in a great location and in hanoi as you hardly stay in Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa, this is an good option. Breakfast options are not much for vegetarian so be prepared for that.

The stay was good! Ambiance was fine. Overall it was great! The location was also fine along with the food.

Very beautiful and good property and staff right in the center of Old Quarter. They helped us with all the queries and also gave a free upgrade on the room.

Rooms are small but clean and neat. Ms Paula Guided us and supports a lot. break fast menu is less.. atleast add hot soups.
