Room Preparation and Missing Spoon We strive to maintain high standards in preparing our rooms for guests, following a thorough checklist to ensure everything is in place before check-in. Regarding the missing spoon, we kindly ask for your understanding. It is never our intention to charge guests for such small items. Unfortunately, due to the frequency of similar incidents, we have had to implement a policy to minimize losses. This is not about profit, but rather a measure to ensure that future guests also have a complete set of amenities. 2. Reserved Table at Breakfast Upon reviewing our CCTV footage, we confirmed that the table in question had indeed been reserved and used by a guest earlier. The previous guest returned to their room temporarily due to a personal issue and requested that their table be kept available which is why you were informed it was reserved. We understand how this may have seemed confusing given the restaurant's emptiness, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. 3. Room Size and Photos We are sorry to hear that the room size did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge that sometimes images can create different impressions, and we will work with our partners to ensure that our photos more accurately reflect the room sizes.
