Terrible Stay

The lifts were not working due to which it was very challenging for us to lift pram and all our shopping bags through stairs...Complementary breakfast was horrible...its was all carbs nothing exciting or good...its not worth spending money on this hotel.Room size was extremely small

Uncomfortable stay!

The lift was not working for all the 3 days and I had the room on the 5th floor. The hotel system was under upgrade for 2 days and that’s the reason they quoted I cannot be given a late checkout- had requested for a 2pm checkout

Spacious rooms with a lot of amenities.

Booked a single room for three adults...to my surprise the room was very spacious with two beds that can accommodate four adults. The food options in breakfast can improved as it has only basics that suits western culture...As there is a huge number of Indian visitors, adding couple of Asian dishes will do wonders.

Ac dint work for 4 hrs at night.. staff told me to manage like this.. also dint help.. need compensation for the same.. had a flight today and dint sleep for night.. tafter lot of arguements staff agree to give another room at 1 am.. very rude and arrogant behaviour
