Poor rooms and facilities

There is always a wierd smell in the hallways. There is no refrigerator, locker; iron not working. The breakfast is ok, spread has to significantly improve as the options are too limited. No room service. Only plus point is its location. It is near to underground. There are a lot of options to have food. Overall ibis should possibly check with their north america and india teams how to improve the quality in general otherwise it is a rip off at this price.

Location of the hotel is really nice. One can walk down to major attractions like themes river, london eye. Near to tube also so commutation is really easy. Room is clean n spacious. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Very nice and worth the money

Hotel Ibis London Blackfriars is just about a walk from Southwark station and we could easily locate it. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating as they kept our luggage (free of cost) while we had a stroll around until our check in time. The bathroom is compact but very clean and pleasant smelling. The furniture is not too much and too little. Room service is great too! There was no good view from our room but just a 5 minute walk and we would reach the Blackfriars bridge on river thames for great views of London city. We didn't eat at the hotel but the complimentary snacks (cookies) were great too.

It is based in central London with well connected by public transport which assists in commuting across the City. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are a bit small however if you wish to stay in central then you may want to live with smaller room size. London is overall awesome

Small and compacted room. Same breakfast for 11 days stay. No basic amenities like shaving kit, dental kit, bathroom sleepers, mineral water bottle. Only positive is location and 2 minute from tube Station.
